Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

This is the easiest dinner and it's so yummy. You just throw the ingredients in the crock pot and cook for 3 hours. So simple. You don't even cook the lasagna noodles first. The one cup of Frank's Red Hot added to the spaghetti sauce gives this lasagna so much "buffalo" flavor. We will definitely be having this again.

Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up (you could use a rottesire chicken, too)
1 can of spaghetti sauce
lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 (16oz) container of ricotta cheese
1 cup Frank's Red Hot (or any wing sauce, but Frank's is the best)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzerella cheese
1/4 cup of water

Mix the chicken, spaghetti sauce and Frank's Red Hot. Put a little sauce in the bottom of a crock pot sprayed with non stick spray. Layer lasagna noodles in the crock pot, breaking up the pieces where needed. Cover the noodles with a layer of ricotta cheese, top with sauce and some of the cheeses. Repeat, ending with sauce and cheese. Add 1/4 cup water to top of lasagna. Cook on high for 3 hours.

This is the only awful picture I got, I meant to get one of it on our plate, but forgot. :(
